What We Do At Ecole Dijon

Ecole
Dijon is a local cooking class held in the Holladay home of Chef Drew. The
groups are small, never more than 8 in a session and the classes are geared to
the home cook, who has grown tired of cooking the same things over and over
again. Ecole Dijon also gives students the opportunity to watch a
professional cook prepare foods in an exciting and expeditious way!
The
atmosphere is very casual and warm and students can freely move around to see
what the chef is doing and there are times when "hands on" training is
available. Sunday night classes feature wine classes, All the Wine Classes are taught by a Utah State Certified Wine Educator Monday classes for the rest of this year will feature locally produced foods, home-baked- yummies!
At Ecole
Dijon we bake delicious breads and rolls every class!
Every
three to four weeks you can check the web site to see the current schedule of
classes and you can receive a discount for signing up on line.
Chef
Drew is always available to schedule a private class for you and a group of at
least 6 friends. He also teaches private classes for children and
teenagers. Hands-on Experience!
