Let's Have a Party! Without the Work!
This
new and popular way to have a party is where Chef Drew really excels. Drew will custom design an evening for you and 8
or more guests. He can do it either
in your home or in his. He will
prepare most dishes in an informal atmosphere in front of your guests—then as
the foods are ready he serves them. He
also likes to combine each course with two wines which are “blindly” paired.
It’s a fun way to try new wines and test your skills.
The average price for such an evening is $60 per guest (based on a party
of 8), for a four-course meal—wines not included.
