 Hi Everyone 
I’d love to have a culinary class here on Monday May 20—(the 13th is good too.)


I want to make a giant Cote de Bœuf which is a thick, bone-in rib steak cooked more like a roast, Béarnaise Sauce, a Green Quinoa Salad and a flourless Almond Cake for dessert.
